What affects cost, and who publishes it
Host agency costs
Any joining cost, annual cost or commission arrangement on the travel side belongs to the host agency, and it changes over time. Read it in the company's own current materials rather than on a third-party page.
Representative activity costs
The independent representative activity is separate from the travel-advisor activity, with its own current terms and its own official Income Disclosure Statement. Review both before you evaluate anything.
Underlying platform costs
Travel OS CRM runs on GoHighLevel infrastructure. If you subscribe to that platform directly, its own pricing page holds the current plans and what each one includes.
Optional extras you choose
Paid advertising, domains, premium vendor services, phone and messaging usage and other external services are billed by whoever provides them, at their own current rates.
