How do I reach a real person?
Send a message from the contact page or write to hello@traveloscrm.com. Messages come to the OdysseySoul Travel team inbox and we reply by email. We do not publish a support phone queue.
What happens to my message?
It is emailed to the team so we can reply, and kept in the team's private inbox so the question is not lost. Only the site owner can open it. It is not added to a mailing list, not shared and no marketing emails follow — the Privacy Policy spells out every case.
Can I ask a question without writing to anyone?
Yes. The Travel OS Guide answers from the pages published on this site and names the page it used. It stays in your browser tab and collects nothing.
Which questions can this team not answer?
Anything owned by the official companies: bookings, commissions, payments, enrolment, agreements, policy wording and compensation. We will point you to the right official channel rather than guess.

Who can use Travel OS CRM™?
It is exclusive to OdysseySoul Travel team members. Eligibility is set by current official requirements and can change, so it is confirmed in official company materials — never here.

Can you tell me whether I'm eligible where I live?
No — and we will not imply it. What we can show you is exactly what is on record for a location: the market register and the self-check. Where there is no record, the honest answer is that it is treated as blocked until an official source says otherwise.
Is the language I read this site in relevant?
No. Reading in Spanish, French or Arabic is a reading choice only. It is never treated as where you live and never affects eligibility or market status.
How do I sign in as a team member?
Through the team member login. If it does not let you in, write to us and we will check what is on record — we cannot create access from this site. Team Member Login

What does Travel OS CRM™ actually do?
It holds your client relationships, conversations, follow-up, scheduling and daily actions in one place. The product tour shows the screens, with each image labelled as an illustrative mockup rather than live data.
What is AEGIS OS™, and what is GoHighLevel?

Does it replace the official back offices?
No. Bookings, commissions, enrolment, agreements, genealogy and compensation stay in the official company systems, and those systems are always authoritative over anything shown here.
Is it certified or approved by InteleTravel or PlanNet Marketing?
No. It is an independent OdysseySoul system. Third-party names are referenced for identification only — that is not endorsement, certification or approval.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Pipelines, conversations and the daily to-do view are available on mobile through the connected platform apps.
Cost, income and compliance
The three areas where we only ever point you at the official source.
What does it cost?
The pricing page explains what is included and which four things can carry a cost, each linked to the company that publishes the current amount. No figure is restated on this site, because a figure copied here would go stale.
How much can I earn?
No income is guaranteed and we publish no earnings figures or examples. The travel-advisor commission side and the representative activity are separate structures with separate rules — review the current official Income Disclosure Statement and Compensation Plan directly.

Is this a job?
No. The independent representative activity is an independent business opportunity, not employment. This site publishes no vacancies and offers no contract of employment.
Does using the system keep me compliant?
No software can promise that. It is built around current published policies and approved-source workflows, but each participant remains responsible for their own compliance, and some materials or claims need company approval before use.
Brand and materials
Using the name and the mark correctly.
Can I use the Travel OS CRM™ logo in my own marketing?
Only as supplied and unmodified: scaled by height, never recoloured, cropped, stretched or rebuilt, never with an extra icon in front of the name, and on a dark background inside its white holding panel. The brand page holds the approved files and the identity page explains the lockup and the endorsement line.
What does the ™ symbol mean here?
It marks a claimed mark. It is not a registration, a clearance or a grant of legal protection, and no registration is claimed anywhere on this site.
Are the pages on this site reviewed?
Yes, and the record is public: the reviewer register names who reviewed what. English is the reviewed original and controls every version; where a language has no named native reviewer, the page says so plainly.
