What the role really involves
Advisors consult, design, book and support travel. The work is part relationship management, part logistics, part product knowledge.
Most successful advisors specialize: cruise, all-inclusive, group travel, honeymoon, multigenerational or destination-specific.
The host agency model
A host agency provides supplier relationships, booking credentials, accreditation, training and commission processing. You operate as an independent business under that umbrella.
InteleTravel is the host agency used across the OdysseySoul Travel community. All booking and commission terms are governed by current official InteleTravel materials.
Your first 90 days
Complete official onboarding and required training. Learn two or three suppliers deeply rather than twenty superficially. Tell your existing network what you do, in plain language. Book small trips to build competence and confidence.
Set up a CRM in week one so every conversation is captured from the beginning.
Skills that compound
Discovery questioning, written follow-up, destination knowledge, calendar discipline and referral asking. These four habits create more income than any software feature.
Official sources
- InteleTravelOfficial host agency requirements, training and commission details.
- PlanNet MarketingOfficial information about the independent business opportunity, including current disclosures.
Compliance-first and source-controlled. Travel OS CRM is designed around current published PlanNet Marketing and InteleTravel policies, procedures, disclosures and approved-source workflows. Official company materials always remain authoritative, policies may change, and some promotional materials or claims may require company approval before use.
Travel supplier commissions and PlanNet Marketing team-building compensation are separate income structures with separate rules. No earnings are guaranteed and this is an independent business opportunity, not employment. Review the current official Income Disclosure Statement and Compensation Plan before evaluating the opportunity — official PlanNet Marketing information.
